I originally purchased the maple syrup from Costco. It took about 6 months before I used it. But once I tasted it, oh Nellie., it was awesome. Magnificent. A co worker brought me a small bottle of the Maple Bourbon from a bed and breakfast he had stayed at raving how good it was. It lives up to all the raves & then some. My French Toast (made with Brioche bread) to the Chicken & Walffles (at Melba’s in Harlem NY) My bottle of syrup comes with every where.
